2. Fragile Items — Special Note

Clocks, plaques, Quran & book stands, and large trays are fragile by nature. We pack every order with protective materials. In the rare event that an item arrives broken:

  • Photograph the outer packaging and the damaged item before discarding anything.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice.

⚠️ Important: Damage claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be accepted. Please inspect fragile items immediately upon receipt.

3. How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and notify you of the outcome.
  4. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Return Shipping

  • If a return is needed due to our error (damaged in transit, wrong item, production defect), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For approved change-of-mind returns on standard items, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  • Do not return items without prior written authorization from us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

5. Non-Refundable Items (Summary)

  • All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items once production has started.
  • Quran stands, Arabic calligraphy plaques, and religious items made to order.
  • Wedding trays, wedding ring trays, and wedding favors.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Shipping fees (unless the error was ours).

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges on standard (non-custom) items — such as coasters, bookmarks, keychains, and vent clips — within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back.
