Given the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, cancellation windows are strict. Once materials are committed and production begins, we are unable to reverse the process. Please review the timelines below carefully.

1. Standard & Non-Custom Orders

2. Custom & Personalized Orders

This includes: name plaques, Arabic calligraphy pieces, Quran stands with inscriptions, personalized notebooks, custom clocks, and any item where custom specifications are provided.

⚠️ Once you confirm your custom design details (text, colours, dimensions, inscriptions), production begins immediately. At this point the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3. Wedding & Event Orders

Wedding trays, ring trays, and wedding favors are time-sensitive and require advance planning. Special cancellation terms apply:

We strongly recommend ordering wedding pieces at least 3–4 weeks in advance to allow for production and safe delivery before your event.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

  2. Include your order number and the reason for cancellation.
  3. We will confirm whether your cancellation is eligible within 1 business day.
  4. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

  • The requested item cannot be produced as specified due to material unavailability.
  • There is a payment or verification issue.
  • An incomplete or undeliverable shipping address is provided.

In any such case, you will be promptly notified and a full refund will be issued.
