These Terms & Conditions govern your use of resinartbyam.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

1. About Us

Resin Art by AM is the trading brand of Explore Resin Handicrafts, a sole establishment registered in Dubai, UAE under E-Trader License No. 1615226 issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism. We create handcrafted resin art pieces from our studio in Dubai.

Custom Resin Art

All products are handmade. Natural variations in colour, pattern, pigment depth, and texture are an inherent and valued characteristic of resin art — not flaws or defects. Product images are representative; your piece will be uniquely yours.

3. Custom & Personalized Orders

Many of our products can be personalized — including custom text, Arabic calligraphy inscriptions, names, dates, colour palettes, and sizes. For custom orders:

  • You will be asked to confirm all design specifications before production begins.
  • For Arabic calligraphy and Quranic inscriptions, please verify all text carefully before confirming — we are not responsible for errors in text provided by the customer.
  • Once production has commenced, design changes are not possible.
  • A design reference or proof may be shared prior to production for orders above USD 150, upon request.

4. Wedding & Event Orders

We accept orders for wedding trays, ring trays, and wedding favors. Since these are required for a specific date:

  • Please place your order at least 3–4 weeks before your event date to allow for production and delivery.
  • Confirm your wedding date and delivery deadline at the time of ordering.
  • We will communicate a confirmed dispatch date. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs once the order has been dispatched.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD. We also accept AED and EUR at the prevailing checkout exchange rate.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via ADIB Merchant Services, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Full payment is required before production begins on any order, including custom and wedding pieces.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice; the price confirmed at checkout is final.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 7 business days of order confirmation and full payment.
  • We ship within the UAE and internationally. Delivery timelines depend on destination and chosen courier service.
  • Fragile items (clocks, plaques, Quran stands) are packaged with extra protective materials. Please inspect your package on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, photographs, and content on resinartbyam.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Resin Art by AM / Explore Resin Handicrafts. Custom designs created for a client may not be reproduced, resold, or shared commercially without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by courier services once an order has been dispatched.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
